Josh has a wonderful fabulous new job.
Starting Monday Josh will be working for the Jackson County Court as a youth worker. He will be at the detention centers in the Independence/KC area. This is a great opportunity for us financially and to get away from each other a little bit (it is surprisingly difficult to go from seeing each other 1-2 times a month to seeing each other 24/7). I think it will also give him a great opportunity to minister to the boys of our area, maybe some who have never had the opportunity to hear all about Jesus.
In the meantime, I am looking for a job closer to home- even at a run down fast food joint (Have you seen gas prices?).
We are asking for prayer over Josh's new job and the ministry opportunity that it provides and prayer for Lauren to find a job closer to home.
