Roses are Red...

Well, I have decided it is time to plant some flowers. I have never done this on my own and am pretty sure that my landlord will let me plant in the little area above my kitchen window. I mean- who wouldn't want to see pretty daisies outside their kitchen window every morning?

Who wouldn't want to walk up to their front door and be greeted by bright beautiful colors?

A Night with the Gang

We have recently decided to change churches, for the last two weeks we have been attending "The Avenue." It is a super great place with some awesome people. After church we decided to invite a few people over for simple grilled cheese and soup. I was really excited that it turned into an ALL day hang out session. At the end of the night we had ten people sitting in half of the living room playing Apples to Apples, painting, and talking about the Bible. It was one eventful 10 hours!

Another First... Taxes

Well... Our taxes are officially complete! I found out that completing taxes is a lot more complicated than it seems. I decided I would try to complete them on my own just to find out I had no idea what I was doing! We ended up going to H&R Block and had a great experience! Maybe next year I will try on my own again...

Now, we just have to figure out what to do with our return money... Bills... I think so :(
